A couple of years ago I met with the writer Paul Murray and pitched him a vague film idea about teenagers in Dublin. He came back with a warm, funny story about twin fraternal sisters - 18 year-old Emma is a frustrated goth who lives in the shadow of her more outgoing, preppier sister Chantal, who has her whole life worked out. It’s their last summer at home together before they split apart, but when a mysterious neighbour moves back in next door, their lives are potentially changed forever… It’s coming out in Irish cinemas on June 28th, 2019, and hopefully more places soon, and I am having some mild but enjoyable panic attacks. Really hope you enjoy it if you get a chance to watch! YIKES 💀🖤
